What is my VTCT Skills learner number?

When you study your first VTCT Skills qualification, a life time learner number is generated for you. This number should then be used for any subsequent registrations on to VTCT Skills qualifications so that all of the achievement history is recorded under one profile.

 

Your training provider will provide you with your learner number after they have registered you with us. This number can also be found on any issued VTCT Skills certificates.

 

If you do not know your learner number, and you completed your qualification 1995 onwards then you can use the learner number finder here.

If you studied your qualification pre-1995 or are unable to use the learner number finder, please call us on +44 (0) 2380684500, ensuring that you have to hand the following information.

• Your full name (at the time you achieved your qualification)

• Your date of birth

• The qualification title and/or the year you completed your qualification

• The name of the training provider where you studied your qualification
