If your certificate was issued pre-2009 please call us to place an order on +44 (0) 2380684500, ensuring you have a payment method to hand (credit/debit card). As a minimum you will need to be able to tell us:
• Your full name (at the time you achieved your qualification)
• Your date of birth
• The year you completed your qualification
• The name of the training provider where you studied your qualification
If you are unable to provide the above information it may not be possible for us to locate your records.
Fees:
• Replacement for a certificate issued between 1995 and 2008: £37.50 per certificate
• Replacement for a certificate issued pre-1995: VTCT are unable to issue replacement certificates in this instance. Where the original certificate was issued pre-1995, an Academic Transcript letter will be issued. VTCT will search archive records and the letter will detail any achievement found. There is a non-refundable fee of £63.00 for this service (this comprises of a £25.50 search fee and then a further payment of £37.50 (if records found) to produce the Academic Transcript).
Unfortunately, VTCT is unable to provide copies of certificates via email. This is due to security reasons and to protect the authenticity of the certificates.
