How long does it take for certificates to arrive?

Upon a successful claim by your training provider, VTCT Skills usually dispatch certificates direct to training providers within 10 working days.

Please contact your training provider directly if you are expecting a certificate but have not yet received it. The training provider can then contact VTCT Skills if required.

Replacement certificates:

Where the original certificate was issued post-2000, replacements are usually dispatched within 20 working days
Where the original certificate was issued between 1995-2000, replacements are usually dispatched within 30 working days
Where the original certificate was issued pre-1995, Academic Transcript letters are usually dispatched within 30 working days
