Upon a successful claim by your training provider, VTCT Skills usually dispatch certificates direct to training providers within 20 working days.
Please contact your training provider directly if you are expecting a certificate but have not yet received it. The training provider can then contact VTCT Skills if required.
Replacement certificates are usually dispatched within 20 working days.
