How long does it take for certificates to arrive?

Once your training provider has successfully claimed your qualification, VTCT Skills will normally dispatch your certificate to them within 20 working days.

Certificates are sent directly to your training provider, so please contact them to arrange collection or discuss delivery options.

If you are expecting a certificate and have not yet received it, please contact your training provider in the first instance.

Most certificates originally issued 1995 onwards can be viewed via our CertiTrack platform. Click here for further information.

Replacements:

Replacement certificates and transcripts are normally processed within the following timescales:

  • If the original achievement was 1995 onwards: 20 working days
  • If the original achievement was prior to 1995: 30 working days
