A certificate that was originally issued 1995 onwards

In most cases, if your original certificate was issued 1995 onwards, you will be able to use our CertiTrack platform to:

• View certificates and unit transcripts – this is a free service
• Access and share QR codes to enable 3rd parties access to your achievement records – this is a free service
• Purchase replacement certificates and confirmation letters (Academic Transcript)

A user guide and fee information are available upon logging into CertiTrack.

To log into CertiTrack, you will need to know your VTCT Skills learner number. If you do not know your number, you can select the 'Find my Learner Number' button which is located on the CertiTrack login page.
