A certificate that was originally issued before 1995

VTCT Skills are unable to issue a replacement for certificates issued before 1995. Instead, we are able to issue an official Academic Transcript which will contain all achievement records we hold on reacord for you, regardless of date.

There is a fee of £63.00 for this service, which comprises of £25.50 search fee + an additional *£37.50* to produce the Academic Transcript, both of which are non-refundable.

Please call us to place an order, ensuring you have a payment method to hand (credit/debit card). During the call, as a minimum you will need to be able to tell us:

• Your full name (at the time you achieved your qualification)

• Your date of birth

• The year you completed your qualification

• The name of the training provider where you studied your qualification

If you are unable to provide the above information it may not be possible for us to locate your records.
