      How do I amend a learner's personal details, date of birth for example?

      Pre-certification

      Please email registration@vtctskills.org.uk and include:

      • The learner's VTCT Skills registration number
      • The requested amendment

      Fees may apply; please refer to the price book here.

      Post-certification

      If a name error was made upon learner registration you will need to contact us in the first instance as you are required to provide accompanying documentation i.e copy of Passport / Driving licence to support the name change.
