Can I view an e-Certificate?

E-certificate PDFs and passwords

On occasion, a password will be requested when opening e-certificate PDFs. These PDF do not require a password, and the issue is likely related to browser Microsoft Edge being used as your default PDF viewer. We are working on a fix for this.

In the meantime here's how to change the default PDF viewer in Windows.

1. Go to Settings 
2. Apps
3. Default apps
4. Search for ".pdf," 
5. Click the current app (Edge)
6. Select a new viewer (e.g., Chrome, Adobe Reader)
